MEASUREMENT PRINCIPLE

Fluorescence measurement process

Lamuno Pro uses an LED excitation light source. The LED illuminates the test cartridge, the fluorescence emitted by the dye is measured, and analyte concentration is calculated using the programmed calibration process.

1Mix the sample with buffer and add it to the test cartridge.
2Insert the cartridge into one of the independent channels.
3The instrument performs automatic incubation and fluorescence measurement.
4The result can be interpreted, printed and transferred to HIS/LIS automatically.
